Put a mini disco night lamp and put it in your room, turn on your mini speakers and dance in front of the mirror. An awesome way to unwind if you’re not the relaxing type.
When you have to finish something at night and you’re really sleepy, try to stretch it out and really finish what you’re doing. Sleeping would then be much more fulfilling.
Recall and watch again your old favorite childhood movies with your family or your special someone. I'm referring to the movies you watched when you were really just a kid. Wait for the nostalgia to kick in.
Re-read old conversations. It doesn't have to be from a lover. You can re-read old conversations you had with someone in facebook or texts and just give yourself a trip back down to memory lane. You’ll find yourself smiling and you are reminded of the bond you share with that someone.
